Conditions for Return:
We accept returns for unused and unopened products within 3 days of purchase. We will only accept returns for the following reasons:
- Damaged product: If your product arrives damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.
- Product quality issue: If the quality of the product is not as you expected, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Shipping error: If you receive the wrong product or quantity, please contact us as soon as possible.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to improper storage
Return Process:

- Return Shipment: Ship the unopened and unused product(s) back to us at the address we provide. Please ensure you include the RMA number on the package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s), we will issue a full refund for the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) within 7 business days if the return meets the conditions outlined above.

- We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returning your items.
